Kayla was absolutely terrific to work with. I was moving from Bethesda, MD to Las Cruces, NM and wanted to find and close on a house in a very short time frame. After our initial conversations via phone and email, she put together a list of homes for me to view when I visited Las Cruces, but by the time I got there I had prepared a supplemental list of my own that I had compiled after viewing Zillow. She was able to add many if not most of these homes to the list that she showed me that day. After I selected a home to purchase, she was very helpful in expediting the purchase and closing process. But she even continued to provide assistance after I closed on the house and moved in, to make sure that the move-in process went smoothly. I highly recommend her if youre searching for a home in this area.

Kayla is the best! She always makes herself available for her clients be it to show a house on short notice or answer questions after hours. We were first time buyers and she worked hard to make sure we were well informed about the process. She knows a ton about the local market as well as about home remodeling which she help us out a lot with. Overall, Kayla is sweet, professional, and super knowledgeable. We definitely reccomand her!

The Fikanys were extremely helpful in my search for a new home in Las Cruces. They are very knowledgeable about the area and the various neighborhoods and builders present in Las Cruces.
