We were very happy with Tracy King Your Home Sold Guaranteed from the start of our cabin search. I was actually on Zillow and sent an email inquiring about a cabin not knowing anything about agents in the area. I got an immediate call (not a generic email response) from a representative of Tracy King. She immediately laid out everything they had to offer and put zero pressure on us to sign up with them. About a week later, she called to follow up and we decided to go with Tracy King based on the fact that she truly seemed to care about securing our business.Once we were assigned to Austin, our agent, he immediately set up a Zoom call to introduce himself and go over what we had in mind for our cabin purchase. We live 3.5 hours away, but he did an amazing job of providing us with as much in-person information as possible by driving out to properties, doing Zoom walkthroughs, and sending videos of properties. Austin was immediately responsive to all of our questions via phone call, text, and email, and it was (and still is) a pleasure to talk with him. He has always been very even keeled and willing to make the extra effort to put us in the best possible position, regardless of the day of the week/weekend. He saw us through the entire process and continues to provide great contact information as we look to do a little work to the cabin.Purchasing a cabin in the current sellers market is in no way an easy task, especially when you do not live in the area. However, Austin was able to make the process easier than we ever though it would be. So, a big thank you to Austin and his entire team!

My husband and I had a great experience with YHSGR|Kings of Real Estate! Our agent, Sarah Williams, told us she knew about some off-market new construction cabins that were about to be built. During a time of multiple and over list price offers, Sarah was able to get us under contract with no competition and we got a great deal! She was always prompt to reply to any requests or needs. Due to this being new construction, we were under contract for nearly 6 months. We received a phone call from their customer service manager, Dawn Earle, once a week just to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we may have had. Her pleasant disposition and cheerful attitude made having to wait a little more bearable. We are grateful for our experience and are pleased to know that a portion of their income consistently goes to worthy charities.
