My first interaction with Tammy was about a year and a half ago when we first started thinking about buying a second home in Colorado. She has an excellent Relocation Guide. I received a copy in the mail along with her contact info as well as a follow up email and phone call. When I told her it would still be some time before we decided she asked if she could just send me information periodically. Let me tell you that the emails were super informative. On October 14th I emailed her to tell her we were ready to find a home. She was very easy to communicate with as was her team. She listened to what we wanted and we found a property right away. She made purchasing this property from a different state very easy and stress free and we are closing on a home exactly 1 month from the day we reached out to her.
