Your Castle Real Estate

Working with Tammy Hein and Shellon Martinez was such a wonderful experience. Selling a home and buying a new one at the same time can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and exciting. They were always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly cared about helping our family find the right home. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us so much confidence throughout the process. What stood out most was how personable and supportive they were. We never felt like aEURoejust another client.aEUR? They genuinely had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make everything come together seamlessly. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely recommend Tammy Hein and Shellon Martinez to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are an amazing team!

My first interaction with Tammy was about a year and a half ago when we first started thinking about buying a second home in Colorado. She has an excellent Relocation Guide. I received a copy in the mail along with her contact info as well as a follow up email and phone call. When I told her it would still be some time before we decided she asked if she could just send me information periodically. Let me tell you that the emails were super informative. On October 14th I emailed her to tell her we were ready to find a home. She was very easy to communicate with as was her team. She listened to what we wanted and we found a property right away. She made purchasing this property from a different state very easy and stress free and we are closing on a home exactly 1 month from the day we reached out to her. I highly recommend using her services. You won't be disappointed. She goes above and beyond!! Thanks, Tammy!!!

Tammy and her husband Rick are the dynamic duo you want on your side when purchasing a new home. We moved from Virginia to Colorado and knew nothing about the area or CO real estate law. They never rushed us as we looked at SO many homes over the span of 3+ months and they worked tirelessly to make sure we were well informed every step of the way! We are now proud owners of the home of our dreams and Tammy and Rick are still checking in with us, providing us with names of contractors and other resources and just going above and beyond to make our relocation as easy as possible. Do yourself a favor and call Tammy Hein for all of your real estate needs. Thank you Tammy and Rick for your service and your friendship!

Tammy was a wonderful realtor working with us as first time buyers and new Colorado residents. We were able to find a home that worked for us on an abbreviated timeline and to get some concessions from the buyer for needed repairs. Id recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Tammy gave us top notch help in buying our home. She always had timely communication and we loved making a day of house hunting. Appreciated the help from her husband, also.
