I received a copy in the mail along with her contact info as well as a follow up email and phone call. When I told her it would still be some time before we decided she asked if she could just send me information periodically. Let me tell you that the emails were super informative. On October 14th I emailed her to tell her we were ready to find a home. She was very easy to communicate with as was her team. She listened to what we wanted and we found a property right away. She made purchasing this property from a different state very easy and stress free and we are closing on a home exactly 1 month from the day we reached out to her. As we got closer to that time she reached out several times and shared data and trends about the real estate market in South Denver. It was a VERY challenging 3-month search to find our new home, with many lost bids and houses being scooped up by investors before we could even big on them, yet Tammy hung in there, never wavering in her commitment to help us find just the right home. Finally we did and she was instrumental in crafting just the right offer to cause the seller to choose ours over 6 other offers. She stayed with us through the inspections, the walk-through and the closing, helping us negotiate a brief rent-back by the seller. When we got to Colorado we immediately started looking for the perfect house. She took us to multiple cities around around my work. We found a house within a month. We were a bit picky. We ended up paying asking price which is not common in this market. We were extremely happy with Tammy and still keep in touch with her to this day.

With that, I expect a certain characteristics that will give me comfort in both the sale and purchase of a home. My last home that I sold I had to let go of my Realtor, because they did not excel with my expectations. That is when I was introduced to Tammy and decided to use her after talking to her. First impression was that she went to my office to get things going and setting up the house for listing and develop a plan. That is when we able to get things rolling. Tammy is a hard worker and is very responsive to communication and is because she knows the dynamic's of the market, she is almost 24/7 ready to do what needs to be done to be successful and communicate on a timely basis.
