Worth Clark Realty

The selling of my land in Twin Lakes was easy and seamless with Christian. Christian kept me updated the whole way and was able to answer all my questions.

Christian is the real deal real estate agent! Our transaction included having contractors on the property to prep for close. Unfortunately the contractors were a bit more destructive than we anticipated and caused close to be delayed several times. Christian was 100% on it, talking to the seller's agent, coordinating with the contractors where needed, and touching base with the county and state where necessary. What Christian did not 100% understand to begin with she did the research immediately and then educated the rest of us. She is a pleasure to work with and we will use her expertise in the future if needed. 100/10 stars!

Christian helped us sell our house in Buena Vista and she was professional and practical every step of the way. She has outstanding communication skills. She kept us informed after each showing, apprised us of the changing realty market, and marketed our house with skill and precision. She worked hard to ensure a fair contract with the buyers and made the process from start to finish easy for us. Christian is a top notch professional and she is kind, enthusiastic, and considerate. 5 stars is not a high enough rating!

Christian was absolutely amazing to work. She went well beyond her responsible duties to make sure me and my wife were happy to get the house we needed. She is professional and knows her stuff. We would absolutely use her again or recommend her to anybody in this area.

Our family recently listed a home in Buena Vista with Christian Kelly, and her support throughout the process was exceptional. Since we live on the East Coast, preparing the house for sale was especially challenging. Christian stepped in and made everything manageable and efficient. She went above and beyond by preparing documentation, coordinating multiple showings, negotiating with several buyers, and even arranging for us to sign the closing documents remotely. We truly appreciated her hard work and dedication in making the entire experience as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for a realtor in Buena Vista aEUR" you wont be disappointed.
