ZillowVERIFIEDChristian is the real deal real estate agent! Our transaction included having contractors on the property to prep for close. Unfortunately the contractors were a bit more destructive than we anticipated and caused close to be delayed several times. Christian was 100% on it, talking to the seller's agent, coordinating with the contractors where needed, and touching base with the county and state where necessary. What Christian did not 100% understand to begin with she did the research immediately and then educated the rest of us. She is a pleasure to work with and we will use her expertise in the future if needed. 100/10 stars!
