Wow, Raena crushed this from beginning to end! From showing us homes, to handling the timing of and coordinating the walk-thrus, documents and closing, she didn't miss a beat. She was always available a text away, and I felt like the whole process she was representing me. Plus her insight into this area was invaluable as she grew up here and knows the area inside and out. Great Job Raena!

Working with Raena Radcliffe was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She truly listened to what we were looking for and remained committed to finding the perfect home for us. Throughout the entire process, she was diligent, patient, and incredibly responsive, always making us feel like a priority. Her knowledge of the local market and the homes we toured was exceptional, giving us confidence in every decision we made. What impressed us most was how genuinely she cared about helping us find not just a house, but the right home for our family. We are incredibly grateful to have had Raena as our realtor and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate real estate agent.

Raena is the "go-to" agent if you are looking to buy/sell in the Villages. Her knowledge and expertise positioned us extremely well in a recent sale of our home in Orange Blossom. Her market knowledge helped us receive a very timely offer in a competitive market. We cannot say enough about her communication, marketing efforts and conscientiousness throughout the entire process. She is a stand out agent who cares about her clients and gets them the best results possible, making a very seamless transaction. We highly endorse her as an agent and as a person. We highly endorse her and her work ethic!

Raena was absolutely the best to work with. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to what is necessary to sell your property. She was always a text away, we appreciate her so very much!

Raena, our real estate agent, was wonderful to work with. While we were in the USA and then in Germany for three weeks, she stayed in constant contact with us and worked closely with the sellers agent on the home we loved. When the seller initially took the house off the market, Raena worked hard to speak with the seller and successfully convinced her to change her mind and allow us to purchase the home. After our offer was accepted, Raena sent us a clear and detailed email outlining everything we needed to do next. She handled all communication with the title company, arranged the inspection, and even connected us with a company to provide an insurance estimate for the house. Raena went above and beyond for usaEUR"she was absolutely fabulous.
