ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Raena Radcliffe was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She truly listened to what we were looking for and remained committed to finding the perfect home for us. Throughout the entire process, she was diligent, patient, and incredibly responsive, always making us feel like a priority. Her knowledge of the local market and the homes we toured was exceptional, giving us confidence in every decision we made. What impressed us most was how genuinely she cared about helping us find not just a house, but the right home for our family. We are incredibly grateful to have had Raena as our realtor and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, Raena crushed this from beginning to end! From showing us homes, to handling the timing of and coordinating the walk-thrus, documents and closing, she didn't miss a beat. She was always available a text away, and I felt like the whole process she was representing me. Plus her insight into this area was invaluable as she grew up here and knows the area inside and out. Great Job Raena!

ZillowVERIFIED Raena, our real estate agent, was wonderful to work with. While we were in the USA and then in Germany for three weeks, she stayed in constant contact with us and worked closely with the sellers agent on the home we loved. When the seller initially took the house off the market, Raena worked hard to speak with the seller and successfully convinced her to change her mind and allow us to purchase the home. After our offer was accepted, Raena sent us a clear and detailed email outlining everything we needed to do next. She handled all communication with the title company, arranged the inspection, and even connected us with a company to provide an insurance estimate for the house. Raena went above and beyond for usaEUR"she was absolutely fabulous.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my second time working with Raena. The first time was to sell the family home while I lived 5 states away, the second time was a year later for me to buy my next home near friends. No one can possibly know the Ocala/Villages area better than Raena. I've moved apartments from state-to-state several times, but none of those went as smoothly as it did selling/buying a house from out of state. She made sure to stay in communication every step of the way, always had options/suggestions ready to go. Absolutely will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Central Florida. 10/10 experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Raena went above and beyond in helping me sell my father's house after he passed away. From the moment I contacted her, she was very responsiveness, beyond helpful with many different things include recommendations for local vendors to help me get my dad's place ready to sell, giving me advice and input on what we should do to have the house ready to sell in this market and for the buyers in that area, and to help me through every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Raena, listed our home & had a buyer in 12 hours, Don't let her age intimidate you, we had a small issue with a seasoned realtor & she handled the issue far better then most seasoned agents. She also found our dream home, I knew what I wanted & she checking new listings & supplied me with a list of new listings daily of what she thought would appease us. She never got tired of showing us what I thought would be the perfect home. When we did find the home we wanted she was efficient in handling the sale. She was always by our side through the entire process & in fact even after the sale. Raena is efficient in what she does & that is to have happy clients. We could not be happier with having her as our listing Realtor & the right person to find us our dream home.
