World Impact Real Estate

Logan helped my wife and I buy our first house and we could not be happier. From the second we first spoke with him he was incredibly helpful, and began getting to know us and finding out exactly what we were looking for. We found the perfect house through him and he helped us every step of the way, as well as answered any questions we had and was always available. We could not be happier with the house we are in and all the help Logan provided us. He definitely went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend!

I went into the home buying process not really convinced I was ready to buy. Thomas took my wants in a home and helped my family find the one for us. Several times through out the process we would find a home only to have it go off the market before we had a chance to look and place an offer. He keep us motivated and focused. He steered us clear of homes we might have, "settled for," and we got the home that is perfect for us. If your in the market and want an honest, hard working realtor the look no further than Thomas Canada.

I was looking for some advice Logan & his father are the most understanding people I have ever meet. I had a hard situation They both made me feel so comfortable. I will Refer everyone to them. I give them both. 10 star rating. They are the best...

Bought my first home fall of 2020. Really happy I went with Logan. The process was a little confusing at times but Logan did a great job at answering questions whenever I had them. He quickly reached out to the right people for me in a timely manner to get things done. He was easy to get a hold of. While searching for the right house he was willing to give honest opinions and assessments if he felt the home we were viewing would be a bad investment. Even after closing he helped out with minor house issues that popped up and answered more questions. Would highly recommend using him when buying a house!

Thomas did a great job selling my families home. The process was extremely smooth and he was there for us every step of the way. Thomas was always a phone call away from giving us an answer to any questions we had. Id highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or purchase a home.
