ZillowVERIFIED First of all I just want to thank Justin for getting this house for me and my son. It was a difficult situation for me buying a house. My husband passed away in May of this year and he was a retired Military/Veteran. Since Rob was a Veteran, I tried to buy the first house through a VA loan but since I was not receiving the benefits, I could not go through the VA and since I only had his Survivor Benefits through the Military, my income was not enough to get the first house. Justin could have said "sorry we tried call me when things work out" . But Justin never said that. In fact he found me a house (which is the house) that was lower in price and within my budget. I was still not receiving Rob's benefits so we went through FHA loan. There we still some obstacles to go through, but Justin was determined for me to get into this house. Justin even made it possible for me and my son to move into the house and pay a month rent until it sold. I was in a contract in another house that expired at the end of September and Justin made it possible for me to live in the house I was trying to buy. Justin never gave up and knew I was under a lot of stress. But happy endings do happen and I was able to purchase the house. Thank you Justin and if anyone needs a Professional Realtor that sincerely cares, I would definitely call Justin Myers. Thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED I switched to Justin after feeling like my first realtor wasn't aggressive enough. Justin was very adamant that he did not want to put me and my family in a house unless we were getting the very best deal. He insisted on looking at things himself and was there at closing to explain everything if we had any questions. I feel we got our house under market value and I don't think that would have happened if I had a different realtor. If you are new to the home buying world, you can feel confident that Justin knows his stuff and he will not let you get into a crappy deal!
