I originally called Nathan just interested in looking around and the next day I found my house! Nathan helped talk me through everything necessary over the weekend and had a referral to a mortgage lender in for me (on Columbus Day, so banks were closed!!)! Shortly after the New Year, Nathan helped me again by selling a property for me. He advised me perfectly on what to list it at and we were able to close on that transaction in 2 weeks.
