Kristen did a great job marketing our commercial property. She had several helpful ideas on areas we could make easy changes to help sell our property. After trying to sell it on our own for over a year she had immediate showings and an offer shortly after.

Kristen was excellent in getting our property listed and doing the showings. After not having any offers the first 6 months, probably due to the fact that we were selling seasonal waterfront property in the fall and winter, we relisted with her in Feb and within 1 month she had a buyer. Kristen was excellent to work with and very diligent in getting everything completed.
