ZillowVERIFIEDKristen was excellent in getting our property listed and doing the showings. After not having any offers the first 6 months, probably due to the fact that we were selling seasonal waterfront property in the fall and winter, we relisted with her in Feb and within 1 month she had a buyer. Kristen was excellent to work with and very diligent in getting everything completed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen did a great job marketing our commercial property. She had several helpful ideas on areas we could make easy changes to help sell our property. After trying to sell it on our own for over a year she had immediate showings and an offer shortly after.

ZillowVERIFIED Without a doubt we would recommend Kristen for a friend or acquaintance as a listing/buying agent. Kristen made this painless and (almost) a lot of fun. We had "rust" in that we were in our home for 41 years before we decided too sell. The harder Kristen worked the better the process got. This was a good experience for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I would work with Kristen again no question! Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. She was very patient with us! We had not ever sold a home before and had not purchased a home in 18 years so things had definitely changed. She walked us through every step with a smile on her face! She made the experience fun and enjoyable ??

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought two houses now from Kristen. Weather it's a showing, dealing with the seller,my loan officer, etc, she did an excellent job for me. She got all answers to all questions I had as soon as possible and very easy to get ahold of. I was even out of town for work for my closing and she took care of everything to have me sign half way across the country. She's done a wonderful job for me and I recommend her to everyone I talk to

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen helped us find and purchase our dream home. The home was within our price range and had all the features we wanted and was move in ready. She helped us navigate the paperwork and sign up for an FHA loan since we were first time buyers. I would recommend Kristen to any new home buyers. Her response time was always very quick and she knew how to negotiate an appropriate price.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen's attentiveness and punctuality were very appreciated as we navigated the home selling process. Her knowledge of the market coupled with her willingness to guide us through a tedious process that we initially thought we could accomplish on our own was an asset to us as we were undergoing some major lifestyle adjustments. Kristen exemplifies professionalism, understanding, passion and dedication to her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED It was great working with Kristen. We were living in Las Vegas, NV and we contacted her to help us find a home in the Eau Claire, WI area. She was a great help sending pictures that we needed and steering us clear from catastrophe. She was able to work with our relatives to view the house, since we couldn't get eyes on, and set up the offers/counter-offers. It was a great experience working with her through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was so supportive in the sale of our house. She worked hard, and gave us good honest feedback and advice. In addition she always returned phone calls in a timely manner. The closing process was complicated and she made it less stressful with her attitude and assurance. She is also supported by a great agency with plenty of professional support when it is needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was great to work with - and she wasn't even our Realtor, she was the sellers Realtor. I feel that she did as much for us as she did for the seller. We ran into a few bumps while purchasing our home, and Kristen was there to help us get it all straightened out as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again - but I hope we won't have to after the home she just helped us buy :-)

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Kristen. We had been through 4 realtors in 4 years trying to sell our home! She sold our home and found us a new one in 3 months! It was such a relief for us to be able to finally move our family into a home comfortable for all of us. Kristen was so easy to get in touch with and communicated with us much more frequently than the previous realtors we had experience with. She took the time to listen to what we really were looking for and found a home we fell in love with at first sight! Even though it took some persistence on her end to get us in for a showing! :) Its easy to see she is passionate about what she does and is an easy going, knowledgable, and fun person to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several realtors when we were listing our home on Lake Wissota. When Kristen left our meeting, we knew that she was the one that could get it done, and she did. We had an accepted offer in less than 25 days. Kristen was always prompt, professional, knowledgable, and very personable, and worked diligently at getting our home showings, and then an offer. I would highly recommend you consider Kristen when buying or selling home. Jim H. Chippewa Falls, WI.
