We used Chris and Ed to sell a lakefront property that had been in our family for decades. They went above and beyond even before they won our business! We reside out of state and that brought with it its own set of challenges. They were on top of everything! They answered questions before we could ask them. They pushed to a resolution title and permit issues. They encouraged contractors to bump us to the top of the priority list. They werent afraid to roll up their sleeves and go into the crawlspace or clean up a vandalized garage door. They proactively let us know what needed and didnt need to be addressed. They even brought us the buyer! Ive been personally involved in numerous real estate transactions myself and was previously a licensed realtor in another state. In my opinion, Chris and Ed rank among the very best! I highly recommend them.
