ZillowVERIFIEDThey operate in bad faith and only care about their cut of the money. They did not disclose specific comps in the area, that drastically affect the price of property I was interested in. Asked to terminate buyers agreement, and they vehemently refused. Take your business elsewhere.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris Raasch was our realtor in the recent purchase of our new home. My wife and I could not have been happier with her service and felt very lucky to have worked with her. Chris was always very honest with us and told us what she found right and wrong with the various houses we thought were possibilities. When problems popped up in the negotiations she was very much on our side and got us the best deal available. Chris always had time or took the time to help us in any way we needed and always addressed our concerns. She is not only a great Realtor but also good people. I feel we also have a new friend in the area we are moving to and that is priceless. I highly recommend Chris Raasch as your next Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and Ed were wonderful for work with. Their knowledge of the northwoods real estate market and expertise had our property listed and sold in one month. They were very responsive at all times and made it easy for us to sell the property from out of state. I strongly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Tomahawk area!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Chris and Ed to sell a lakefront property that had been in our family for decades. They went above and beyond even before they won our business! We reside out of state and that brought with it its own set of challenges. They were on top of everything! They answered questions before we could ask them. They pushed to a resolution title and permit issues. They encouraged contractors to bump us to the top of the priority list. They werent afraid to roll up their sleeves and go into the crawlspace or clean up a vandalized garage door. They proactively let us know what needed and didnt need to be addressed. They even brought us the buyer! Ive been personally involved in numerous real estate transactions myself and was previously a licensed realtor in another state. In my opinion, Chris and Ed rank among the very best! I highly recommend them. I firmly believe we would have not met our closing timeline or had as smooth of an experience as we did if not for their efforts. They really know the area, the relevant local people and the process.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Chris to find a home after taking a new job in the area. She was very helpful from the very beginning. What caught our attention was multiple reviews said that she was very helpful and patient. This was only our second home purchase so that was very attractive to us. Chris was always available and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We only had one available day to look at properties and she did a fantastic job lining up the properties that we wanted to see. She also suggested a couple places to look at that we would not have chose. One of those properties ended up being the one we purchased! We would recommend Chris and the Woodland Lakes team anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience with the Raasch Team. They were friendly, respectful to my situation and honest (they didnt tell what I wanted to hear just to make a sale). They worked with us and showed us multiple homes until we found just the right one for our needs. They say patience is a virtue and believe you me they have it. If anyone is looking for a realtor in the greater Northwoods area these are the realtors to look up and work with.
