Jeremy Mavis is an awesome realtor that I would totally recommend to anyone. After my sister passed away I, being her only living relative, stood in her house looking at what to me was an impossible task to prepare this house for sale. Being a hoarder and a multi cat owner, much was needed to be done. Jeremy took the load off of me. He ordered a big dumpster, gave me the name of a person who empties out houses for sale. I was able to hire a house cleaner with no problem. Jeremy listed the house and it sold very quickly. During the entire process Jeremy was always available to quickly answer any questions and help with any problems that came up. Jeremy is the best of the best in the realtor business. He is also a delight to work with. A truly genuine and honest person.
