Wolfe & Company Realtors

Abby was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. When looking at houses she took my likes and dislikes into consideration to help me find a place I would be happy in. She also reassured me any time I started getting overwhelmed with the process at each step of the way. She is very knowledgable and helpful! I would recommend her and Wolfe Realty to anybody!

My sisters and I suddenly found ourselves needing to clear and sell our parents' home after our mother passed away. She had been adamant that the house be listed with a local realtor with deep ties to the community and she was right. From our first meeting through to closing, Erin demonstrated a detailed understanding of the local market, an instinctive sense of how best to present the house to potential buyers, and a through knowledge of the process involved. We were confident that we had chosen well and were delighted when the house sold in one day to a family that will value the home our parents built. Everything went smoothly right through closing. We would not hesitate to recommend Erin and the family-owned business of Wolfe & Company Realtors.

Erin made our home selling experience comfortable and quick! In a market that is as dynamic as ever, she kept the process calm and low-stress. Erin gives her time and effort as though she were helping out her own family. Start to finish she is willing to do whatever she can to take the pressure and stress off of her client. Highly recommend Erin and the entire Wolfe & Company Team!

Abby helped me to buy a house, and I started seriously looking maybe sometime in October and by January I had final settlement and was a home owner. Which, given the current market (2021 - 2022) is rather impressive. She was able to help me come up with a competitive offer with several little tricks I never even would have known existed, that helped make my offer standout. And the company she works with has no surprise or hidden fees! Would highly recommend!

Erin helped our family buy a cabin earlier this year. Due to the distance away from where she normally conducts business, the property was not even listed in her MLS. She recommended that we go see the property together before putting in an offer. It was a 2.5 hour drive one way. She never complained once and was consummate professional. While putting in the offer she gave her recommendations, but continued to let us know that it was our offer and completely up to us. She never once was pushy or hard to deal with... even when I know we were at times. She and the lender (who she did not know before this transaction) worked amazingly close together to overcome an inept and, for some reason, disinterested listing agent. Erin ended up driving 10 hours over the course of this cabin purchase and never complained once. As a business owner myself I know that spending a lot of time on one client can sometime be frustrating as tasks at the office continue to mount from due outs to other clients. She treated us like we were her priority each and every second that she was with us.This was the second property that Erin has assisted us with in the past five years and I can say that our family will never seek assistance from another realtor. When she says she will do something or her staff will send something, it happens when she promised it would. If you are looking for a realtor or had a bad experience with one previously, I would immediately reach out to Erin.
