ZillowVERIFIEDAbby was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. When looking at houses she took my likes and dislikes into consideration to help me find a place I would be happy in. She also reassured me any time I started getting overwhelmed with the process at each step of the way. She is very knowledgable and helpful! I would recommend her and Wolfe Realty to anybody!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin helped our family buy a cabin earlier this year. Due to the distance away from where she normally conducts business, the property was not even listed in her MLS. She recommended that we go see the property together before putting in an offer. It was a 2.5 hour drive one way. She never complained once and was consummate professional. While putting in the offer she gave her recommendations, but continued to let us know that it was our offer and completely up to us. She never once was pushy or hard to deal with... even when I know we were at times. She and the lender (who she did not know before this transaction) worked amazingly close together to overcome an inept and, for some reason, disinterested listing agent. Erin ended up driving 10 hours over the course of this cabin purchase and never complained once. As a business owner myself I know that spending a lot of time on one client can sometime be frustrating as tasks at the office continue to mount from due outs to other clients. She treated us like we were her priority each and every second that she was with us.This was the second property that Erin has assisted us with in the past five years and I can say that our family will never seek assistance from another realtor. When she says she will do something or her staff will send something, it happens when she promised it would. If you are looking for a realtor or had a bad experience with one previously, I would immediately reach out to Erin.

ZillowVERIFIED My sisters and I suddenly found ourselves needing to clear and sell our parents' home after our mother passed away. She had been adamant that the house be listed with a local realtor with deep ties to the community and she was right. From our first meeting through to closing, Erin demonstrated a detailed understanding of the local market, an instinctive sense of how best to present the house to potential buyers, and a through knowledge of the process involved. We were confident that we had chosen well and were delighted when the house sold in one day to a family that will value the home our parents built. Everything went smoothly right through closing. We would not hesitate to recommend Erin and the family-owned business of Wolfe & Company Realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin was amazing to work with! She answered every question and addressed every concern always without judgment or persuasion. She constantly contended for our must haves and encouraged us to press on despite an incredibly cut throat market. Her knowledge of the area and the home buying process is incredible. We are so grateful for her patience with us and for her helping us purchase our first home. We cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin is a true pro! 10/10 recommend her. She helped us sell a unique house for the area that otherwise probably would not have sold this easy. Her network is wide enough to be able to find a buyer for any house.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin Wolfe is fantastic! She is patient and helped us discover neighborhoods that met our needs and desires. She did not pressure us and balanced the amount of contact with us to suit or preferences. She is absolutely available and is extremely knowledgeable about the greater Carlisle area. We would ask her to represent us again if we are ever back in the real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin just helped us land our first home, and we couldn't be happier. We were extremely fastidious in our home search. This coupled with our tight financing meant that the process was long, with its share of ups and downs. Erin was there, reassuring us, every step of the way. She never lost patience and always tried to accommodate our needs. She's also super nice...she's funny, friendly, and easygoing...good qualities for someone with whom you might spend a lot of time. We would highly recommend Erin Wolfe to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Cumberland Valley.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Erin to purchase our first home and we have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about her. First, we were under a bit of a time crunch with the lease expiring in a few months in our current rental. Second, our work schedules are not the normal 9-5 jobs, so it made it difficult to plan to see houses. Third, since we were completely new to this process, we didn't even know where to begin. Erin spent an entire weekend viewing houses with us, answered all our questions within 24 hours (usually within an hour, actually), and made our process easy from start to finish. She knew everything we asked about the area, schools, taxes, and first time home buyer process. The few minor hiccups that occurred between our offer being accepted and our actual settlement date were resolved quickly by Erin without any issues, and we were able to relax knowing she was in our corner. We ended up closing on our dream home a little more than a month after our search began, and we are so happy! We cannot recommend Erin Wolfe enough!

ZillowVERIFIED JoAnn was awesome! When the purchase of one house fell through unexpectedly, she had five other homes lined up the next day for me to look at! She was available anytime that I needed her and any information that she didn't know about a property, she found out in a timely manner. And Erin Wolfe was great during the entire process of purchasing and settlement, though it was no easy feat, she never gave up! I would highly recommend JoAnn, Erin and the entire crew at Wolfe and Company!

ZillowVERIFIED Erin is a master of her craft which is very important because when it comes to real estate many things can seem like a foreign language! We felt like Erin was there for us every step of the way with our home sale process. Selling a home at times is like riding a roller coaster but Erin kept us sane and broke down everything in simple easy terms that we could understand. She has a vast knowledge in EVERYTHING and ANYTHING dealing with real estate (selling and buying) and if she doesn't know she has a vast network to reach out to that is also willing to help. Wolfe and Company is a family owned business and they treat you as if you are a part of the family with the attention to customer service they provide. I highly recommend Erin and Wolfe & Company Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Wolfe is the consummate real estate professional. A lifelong native of Cumberland County, the daughter of a respected local realtor who has been established for decades in Central Pennsylvania, and an active volunteer in her community on multiple levels, Ms. Wolfe applies prodigious practical knowledge and negotiating skills to evaluate real estate transactions for buyers and sellers across a wide range of purposes from primary residence, commercial use, to investment. Her assistance efficiently met my lodging needs over several months of active military service. Remarkably, while planning her own wedding later this year, she always remained available, effective, pleasant, communicative, and patient throughout the entire search, negotiation, settlement, and post-settlement processes. She was ever optimistic and solution-oriented, taking full advantage of technology for virtual tours, essential approaches since I live over 900 miles away. When US Mail failed to deliver documents, her timely communications to me while I was working in a time zone 3 hours behind enabled proper and prompt settlement. Only space limitations in this review preclude my discussion of numerous other examples of her professionalism which I directly observed. I enthusiastically endorse her talent as a realtor without reservations. Simply put, Ms. Wolfe is among the top 1% of realtors whom I have encountered over the past 24 years. I am confident that Ms. Wolfe can handle any simple or complex real estate transactions which you require in or around Southern Pennsylvania.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin provided sound advice as our buyer's agent. Our relationship with her lasted over 7 months and involved a cash purchase. With her help we negotiated the price of the mountain property/cabin to 12% below the offering price. Erin is easy to contact by email and by phone. This was a long-distance purchase and closing. We are located in Texas and the property we purchased is in Pennsylvania. Erin arranged the house/property inspection, water test, and closing. We highly recommend her as a buyer's agent and will purchase another property through her when we are in the market to buy another property in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough good things about Erin. I knew from the moment I met her that I would want to work with her when my husband and I were ready to purchase our first home. She was very knowledgable, patient and informative. She never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience and never left a question unanswered. She was extremely honest and went went to bat for us when needed. From the mortgage adviser to the home inspector, everyone she recommended was very professional. She even worked on negotiations over the weekend when she was out of town. She is very loyal to her clients. I honestly can not say enough good things about her. Thank you Erin, for making our first home buying process smooth and effortless.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very good experience working with Erin. She is very friendly and approachable, and most importantly, responded to our questions/communications almost immediately. We had a rough start to the negotiation process of getting our home, but I feel that we had an "out of the ordinary" turn of events. Overall though, we luckily got our home and once under contract Erin handled everything in a timely fashion and kept us in the loop. I would definitely work with her again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Erin consistently provided an immediate response to each contact/inquiry. She was able to immediately answer all of my questions about the property or real estate process, and when uncertain of any detail about the property, she would contact the owner and then get back to me. After completing the sales agreement, she maintained contact with me at every step of the pre-settlement and settlement process. Because the property that I purchased required extensive repair work, I especially appreciated her willingness to contact and meet with the various contractors onsite before settlement. It was a pleasure working with Erin throughout this entire process.
