WNY Metro Roberts Realty

Alex was wonderful! We used him to buy a house for our daughter, to sell our current home, and to buy our retirement home. He is very down-to-earth and answers questions quickly (even on the weekend) and in an easy to understand manner. He also was able to get the house for us, and our daughter, even though we were not the highest bidder in either case. He also got us a much higher offer than we were expecting on the sale of our current home. When the next move is expected to take place in our family Alex will be our first call!

Alex was great! He was patient and took the time out to find homes based on what we really wanted. He helped us from day one and his recommendations led us to great people as well when it came to getting the mortgage. If you want someone that goes above and beyond for you Alex is your guy!

Alex did a great job guiding us through the purchase process, especially since we only had one day to draft a contract & make an offer. He gave good guidance on what to include in the offer and helping us decide on what was a fair & equitable offer.

Alex and Megan were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and available throughout the process. They made our first home purchase SO smooth and easy. I highly recommend them!!!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was completely new to the process, but The Haumesser Team made everything feel simple and stress-free. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions and explain each step. Their support and guidance made buying my first house a great experience.
