ZillowVERIFIED Alex did a great job guiding us through the purchase process, especially since we only had one day to draft a contract & make an offer. He gave good guidance on what to include in the offer and helping us decide on what was a fair & equitable offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was wonderful! We used him to buy a house for our daughter, to sell our current home, and to buy our retirement home. He is very down-to-earth and answers questions quickly (even on the weekend) and in an easy to understand manner. He also was able to get the house for us, and our daughter, even though we were not the highest bidder in either case. He also got us a much higher offer than we were expecting on the sale of our current home. When the next move is expected to take place in our family Alex will be our first call!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was great! He was patient and took the time out to find homes based on what we really wanted. He helped us from day one and his recommendations led us to great people as well when it came to getting the mortgage. If you want someone that goes above and beyond for you Alex is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was incredible from the first time I met him discussing my plans on buying to the final walk through! His knowledge, his patience, his skills in real estate are noticeable and great. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. I?ve worked with another real estate company in the past, and I can honestly say Alex Haumesser with Howard Hanna should be rated #1. The part I loved the most on this transaction was, he wasn?t afraid to be direct and tell us what?s what, either being good features on the home or bad. Will definitely use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure to work with Alex recently in the pursuit of a home in the Buffalo area. Alex helped me in multiple ways. His knowledge of things to consider when looking at potential houses, the neighborhoods, negotiation techniques all contributed to me being able to find my dream home. Alex is someone that has a passion for finding just the right fit for his clients. He is a person you can trust to be looking out for the best for you :-)

ZillowVERIFIED We were impressed with Alex from the moment we met him. Alex is an outstanding realtor. The way that he marketed our home got us multiple offers above listing in the first week. He was always there for us and went above and beyond. He made the experience of selling our home of 31 years better than we could have imagined! Thank you Alex!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough about how pleased I was with Alex. The for sale sign went up and my wife and I moved to Florida. Alex handled everything. He went above and beyond for me as my representative in the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Alex to sell or buy any home on the market. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Great job Alex. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex does a very thorough job. He handled both the sale of my house and he helped me find a new house. He is a good listener and a very good marketer. He regularly had open houses and prospects were constantly coming through the house while it was for sale. He also helped me find the perfect house and he stayed involved in both transactions from start to finish. Alex is a full time professional. He loves real estate and it shows. I highly recommend Alex as a Real Estate Professional!

ZillowVERIFIED As I was preparing to purchase my first home, Alex was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the crazy world of real estate. He was patient, attentive and informative as I began my preliminary research. Once I had narrowed down my criteria Alex showed me many homes and was always honest about the strengths and weaknesses of each house. In the end, he showed me a home I was reluctant to check out- but he knew me so well and persuaded me to take a look. Needless to say I instantly fell in love with it and Alex worked quickly to put in an offer. I am telling all of my first home buying friends to work with Alex because he is a terrific blend of listening to your wants and knowing the real estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alex was an absolutely wonderful experience. He has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and is extremely helpful along the way. He provided my husband and I with extensive guidance and made the entire experience from listing our house until closing the more stress free experience. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Alex constantly kept my husband and I in the loop, which was great because we moved out of state. We had multiple offers ABOVE our asking price after the first day of showings. Couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent and overall experience. Thank you Alex!!

He was extremely attentive, always searching and adding/adjusting the listings on the webpage he set up for us, and helped us find the perfect home in our ideal location for a great price. We both highly recommend Alex, and plan to use his services in the future when we are ready for house #2.
