I am writing to provide a sincerely appreciative letter of recommendation for Paul Barr with the Wilson Group. I had previously listed my condo with a REMAX agent in 2007 and had a negative experience at that time, so I was leery of real estate agents. Paul was recommended to me by a friend, and from the first time I met him, I was impressed with his knowledge of the industry and his commitment to me as his client. He was personable, caring, attentive, responsive, and very patient of the many questions/concerns I had throughout the process of listing the condo and the actual sale, which occurred in 1 1/2 weeks. Not only was Paul my champion throughout the entire process -- getting the best deal possible for me, but I felt like I had a new friend. Even after my move to Missouri, Paul stayed in contact -- answering questions, recommending realtors here, asking about my family, and generally going "above and beyond" the call of duty. I appreciated Paul's thoroughness, but not nearly enough - which I quickly realized when I began working with a realtor in Missouri. While I eventually found a house here, it was immediately obvious to me that Paul was special! I didn't feel the camaraderie or connection that I had felt with Paul, and I didn't feel like this realtor was loyal to me and "had my back" the way Paul had in Colorado. This realtor was slow to respond, as well, and seemed irritated by my questions/concerns. NO COMPARISON to Paul! Two words come to my mind when I think of Paul - QUALITY and INTEGRITY - two of the best qualities in people. He restored my faith in real estate agents and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Jackie
