Wirtz Real Estate Group, Inc.

Kim helped us sell our home, and I can't recommend her enough. She answered my questions late on a Friday and even on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. She was always available when we needed her. In a market where every offer deserved a close look, she helped us sort through them and choose the best one. We're grateful for her hard work and guidance.

Kim made the selling of our home a very pleasant and successful experience. She is upbeat and easy to work with. Her estimate of the home's value was spot on, and she provided good advice as our partner during the selling process. She has multiple tools at her disposal that gave us a wide audience of potential buyers. Response from her listing was immediate. I was notified electronically each time a showing was scheduled. We recieved multiple offers and Kim was instrumental in brokering the best deal between ourselves and the interested buyers. I would recommend Kim in a heartbeat. Joliet, Illinois

Had other agents on this sale but Kim was the one to get us over the finish line. Wirtz will be the only company I would ever hire to buy or sell for me Thanks again Kim. Burbank il

Selling a house can be stressful for the owners hoping to sell their house. Especially when things don't go as planned. Unfortunately, the sale of my house hit many unplanned speed bumps. Thankfully, I hired Kim Wirtz to be my realtor. Kim not only did a great job of finding solutions to unforeseen adversity, but she did so with a calm and positive attitude. Kim's professionalism, honesty, and problem-solving skills were integral in the selling of my house. I highly recommend Kim Wirtz as a realtor who can be trusted to get the job done even if it means overcoming adversity. Thank you, Kim! Punta Gorda, FL
