Review I had to feel comfortable with the broker we chose and I had to feel that the broker would work for my sale first and the entire sale second. I have to say that I was surprised how easy it was to feel comfortable and confident with Kim Wirtz when I first met her. Clearly, shes number 1 for a reason. She was spot on with her recommendations for how to get the house ready to sell (she saved me a ton of money with her advice btw!). We worked together on deciding the listing sale price and again, she nailed it. Kim sold my house in 4 days with multiple offers - her pictures and negotiations for the sale got us top dollar for our house. Kim came to our house for our initial meeting and she came beyond prepared and all of our questions were answered within the first meeting. Her broker commission includes all sorts of advertising, photos of your home and so much more.
