Winzone Realty

Jermar is great! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Hes very knowledgeable, honest and truly cares about his clients. I'm a first time homebuyer and he was very supportive and informative throughout the entire process. I could not ask for a better realtor. Jermar definitely understood the assignment and was instrumental in the purchase of my 1st home. I highly recommend him, you will be in great hands!

Jermar is a very seasoned professional, with a good all-around experience from start to closing of our property. I will always recommend whoever is serious and house hunting to consult him. On behalf of my family and l, we say Thank You

I was extremely fortunate to work with Jermar Harper on selling my coop and buying my new house. In both transactions, Jermar showed commitment, dedication and professionalism. Jermar cares for the well-being of his customers and will match you with the home that is right for your family and needs. With his years of experience, he was able to answer all of my questions, help me avoid pitfalls, and even connect me with resourceful people to help with my closing. Selling and buyingA a home at the same time was stressful. I am grateful to Jermar for his guidance, support and optimism, and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Jermar assisted us in buying our home. It was a long and arduous journey considering our situation at the time. He stuck with us and showed us such patience and made us feel like we were his only client. He truly works hard to get you the results you are looking for and answers to questions he may not know at the time. He is constantly improving and I would recommend him even in my sleep. I've been involved in quite a few real estate transactions and have met some undesirables so trust me when I tell you, he's the real McCoy! Put him to work for you; you won't regret it!

Mr. Harper did an outstanding job guiding my not for profit organization through the process of purchasing a commercial property in queens. He negotiated on our behalf when the deal looked like it wouldn't happen and was able to get a favorable outcome for both parties. I highly recommend his realty group.
