ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Harper did an outstanding job guiding my not for profit organization through the process of purchasing a commercial property in queens. He negotiated on our behalf when the deal looked like it wouldn't happen and was able to get a favorable outcome for both parties. I highly recommend his realty group.

ZillowVERIFIEDJermar assisted us in buying our home. It was a long and arduous journey considering our situation at the time. He stuck with us and showed us such patience and made us feel like we were his only client. ZillowVERIFIEDI was extremely fortunate to work with Jermar Harper on selling my coop and buying my new house. In both transactions, Jermar showed commitment, dedication and professionalism. Jermar cares for the well-being of his customers and will match you with the home that is right for your family and needs. With his years of experience, he was able to answer all of my questions, help me avoid pitfalls, and even connect me with resourceful people to help with my closing. Selling and buyingA a home at the same time was stressful. I am grateful to Jermar for his guidance, support and optimism, and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
