Max and his entire team are extremely exceptional in every way! Honestly, I'm not sure why someone looking to sell their house would choose anyone elseaEUR|Every interaction from beginning to close including, meeting Max for the first time, working with Joanna (Listing/Operations Manager) and MacKenzie (Transaction Coordinator), as well as the vast professional network he had at his disposal enabling me to get the house prepared to go on the market, was truly remarkable! In this current housing market, I am thrilled to report, that my house sold in 4 days and closed 2 weeks later...Unbelievable outcome!

Working with Max is so much more than just hiring an agentaEUR"its gaining a true partner and an entire dedicated team dedicated to your success. We recently completed a complex, highly timed move that involved selling two homes and purchasing our dream home all in one synchronized effort. From day one, Max and his team went far beyond standard real estate services. They helped us seamlessly prepare both properties for listing, coordinated contractors, and managed a high-powered marketing campaign that got results. Maxs ongoing guidance and sharp negotiation skills were invaluable, but what truly sets him apart is the personal touch. He and his team were available at all times, making us feel completely supported through every step of a 10-month journey. Max has built an exceptional team that genuinely sets his brokerage apart. If you are looking for a true partner to navigate any real estate journeyaEUR"especially complex transactionsaEUR"we cannot recommend Max highly enough!

We couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent! Our sale had several unexpected challenges, and his advice was consistently spot-on. Max knows the Kirkland market exceptionally well, including home values, pricing, and the nuances of the local market, better than many agents weve encountered. His team was wonderful, handling everything seamlessly while we were away from the area. We never had to micromanage anything, which made the process so much easier. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in Kirkland. His expertise, sound judgment, and outstanding team truly set him apart!

We had a very smooth and stress free experience with Maxs team in selling our home in Kirkland. Their professional service, communication, and connection made our life really easy. 10/10.
