We'd like to share our great experience working with Tony Chung on a home purchase. We first met Tony at an open house tour. After that, he became our agent and helped us find our ideal secondary home. He has great knowledge and insights about Seattle market. He also has great experience in terms of buying, selling, as well as renting. He is very responsive with either text or phone, and we even kept in touch with him using WeChat when we were out for a trip in China. He also has flexible schedule when scheduling tours for properties we are interested in. He also has great negotiation skills, which helped us earn seller credits. We also worked with his teammates from the legal team when drafting the terms in our offer, which make us more comfortable negotiating with seller during the process. I recommend working with Tony no matter you are looking for a primary, secondary or an investment home. We will definitely looking forward working with Tony when it's time for us to get a new property.

Felix is wonderful to work with, you won't be disappointed! This was our first home purchase so it was new territory. There were so many questions, so much to learn. Starting at the most basic of getting pre-qualified (a must) and getting knee deep into the intricacies of contracts, contingencies, and more. Felix is knowledgeable about current and past market trends. He makes great utilization of data available to him to help craft an accurate offer and is happy to answer questions you may have along the way. At no point did we feel like Felix was trying to push us into a home that wasn't right for us(both in terms of feel and budget). He genuinely listened to what we were looking for, what our budget was, and came back with homes that matched that criteria. There were a few homes along the way where despite them being in our budget and a likely win from an offer standpoint, we said no to. Instead of trying to convince us, he took our feedback and kept looking. We are now in our first home and are elated. Felix helped tremendously during that process and kept us up to date on each step of the process after submitting the offer (there are several to be completed). I believe he has a genuine passion for what he does in addition to being knowledgeable and communicative. I would absolutely recommend him if you're searching for a home.
