WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE EAST, INC.

Karishma and Dhilip helped us with both the purchase of our new home in Woodinville and the sale of our previous home in Bothell, and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Buying our Woodinville home was a little nerve-wracking, with multiple competing offers on the table. Having their experience and perspective throughout that process made a huge difference. They gave us honest, practical advice, helped us weigh our options, and put together a smart strategy that ultimately helped us land the home we wanted. On the selling side, their guidance was just as valuable. With the market starting to soften, we knew selling our Bothell home might be a little trickier. They helped us navigate that shift, make smart decisions about how to approach the sale, and ultimately secure an offer much faster than we'd anticipated. What we appreciated most was how comfortable we felt trusting their advice. They were always willing to talk through our questions, explain their thinking, and give us their honest opinions rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. It really felt like they had our family's best interests in mind from start to finish. Having people in your corner whose judgment you genuinely trust makes all the difference. We're incredibly grateful to Karishma and Dhilip for helping us through such an exciting chapter for our family, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

This was our second time personally using Karishma and Dhilip to buy and continue to be impressed by their knowledge of the different areas and specifics to each home. They are meticulous with details and have extremely strong communication skills to get us into a home we loved in a competitive market. Karishma helped to negotiate the price down even with the builder while the appraisal still came in higher! K2 Group is an amazing team that I continue to place my trust in.

Working with Karishma and Dhilip from K2 Group Real Estate was an exceptional experience from start to finish. While other townhomes in our Overlake Redmond community sat on the market for two months and were eventually taken down unsold, Karishma and Dhilip had our home sold in just 15 days. Months ahead of going live, they set up a clear workback schedule with consistent weekly updates to keep the entire process organized and stress-free. Most importantly, they advised us on strategic, cost-effective updatesaEUR"fresh paint, improved lighting, minor cosmetic fixes, and impactful stagingaEUR"delivering maximum return on a modest budget. Their market insight and proactive project management made all the difference. We highly recommend K2 Group Real Estate to anyone selling or buying in Seattle Area!

Working with Karishma and Dhillip was a great experience. This team is thorough, strategic, honest, and shows that they truly care about their clients and the decisions they make. Karishma handled the logistics of the process, market research and trends, and served as our main point of contact. Dhillip handled the home tours and was very detail-oriented; he pointed out many things that we had never considered, which we greatly appreciated as first-time buyers. They both weighed in on offer strategy and negotiations, which again helped make the (at times overwhelming) process that much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for agents they can trust.

We cant say enough good things about Karishma and Dhilip! They helped us find our home in record time, and we honestly couldnt have asked for a better team to go through this journey with. We were expecting our baby at the end of May/early June and knew we needed a bigger home than our Seattle house, somewhere we could grow into as a family. We gave ourselves a pretty ambitious 90-day deadline to find a house and move in, and from the moment we started working with Karishma and Dhilip, they jumped right in and made us feel like we were their top priority. Karishma would send us houses to review several times a week, helping us narrow down the options to the ones worth seeing in person. Dhilip would join us for showings, and we learned so much from him along the way. He helped us look beyond the surface and understand everything from the way sunlight moves through a home throughout the day to the pros and cons of each property and ideas for future renovations that could make a house truly ours. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we always felt like they genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. Within a month, we found the one! Even while on vacation, Karishma stayed by our side and helped us navigate a bidding war, ultimately helping us land the house on terms we felt good about and were comfortable with. That level of commitment really says everything about the kind of people they are. What started as a home search quickly turned into a friendship. Buying a house can be stressful, especially with a baby on the way and a tight timeline, but Karishma and Dhilip made the entire experience feel manageable, exciting, and even fun. Were so grateful to both of them for helping us find a place to call home and for being there every step of the way. If youre looking for real estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, genuinely invested in your needs, and truly care about the people they work with, we couldnt recommend Karishma and Dhilip more. Youll be in great hands!
