Gayle is the best!! We bought a house in a hot market contingent upon selling our house in 45 days. Gayle exceeded that timeframe and got us in our dream home. I would recommend her for both selling and buying. She represents her Clients, advocating everything they need along the whole process. She has clear communication, is responsive, and professional! While the process of buying and selling a home can be very stressful, Gayle was able to help a lot of the stress and angst. She is a pro!!

Working with Gayle was wonderful! She knows the Spokane market inside and out and is thoroughly professional in applying that knowledge. She created the condition to have our house sold in less than a week...outstanding!

Gayle was wonderful, very fast to respond to my every need even over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Her assistant Nicole was also very helpful. Gayle gave great advice and helped us save 25k when deciding on asking price. I would highly recommend Gayle Terry!

Gayle was our realtor when we bought our home and also when we sold. She was able to make the buying transaction happen smoothly in an extremely competitive market and also facilitated the sale of our home with great successful. We very much appreciated Gayle's positive attitude and professionalism!

Gayle Terry and I have worked together for years. I appreciate her as my realtor of choice because 1). She never pressures in a situation where she may feel it is not the right property for my personal situation, 2). She is a great negotiator. 3). She often has renovation ideas or design suggestions, even offering up the right contractors to work with for future needs, and finally, 4). Gayle is knowledgable and truthful about comps, appraisals and pricing. Plus I just enjoy her company and input. She does a fantastic job. Her team including Nicole are all on top of everything too. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my purchase with Gayle Terry and team.
