Jonathan has helped us with three properties that all presented complications. He was able to help navigate through these processes and provide us with direction and also support when we made decisions that were a little different than his advice. He kept it personal and did whatever he could to offer creative solutions. We would certainly work with Jonathan and his team again in the future.

Jonathan has helped our family with three different properties. He sold our house, found our dream house, and helped my parents find a place close to our house. This happened all within one year. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We have two small children and Jonathan was such a big help. He helped watch the kids so we could tour properties we were looking at and kept them busy for us while we made a decision . He listened to our needs and wants and was extremely helpful. To this day, we are still in contact with Jonathan and consider him part of the family.

Jonathan and I met about four years ago at a local eatery in Travelers Rest and quickly became Facebook buddies. About two years ago I sent him a message asking for advice on the first steps that I needed to take to become a home owner. He called me ASAP with tons of great info! As luck would have it, we found Jonathan through a referral and very glad we "stumbled" across his path. He is very knowledgeable about the area and helped turn our ideas into reality. It didn't take long for him to really understand what we were after and helped steer us into a lovely home near Green Valley. This process for me was a long 3 year one, it would take too long to go into everything, but I have to say Jonathan stood by me every step of the way from the every beginning. He was patient and and let me move at my pace. When it finally came time to bite the bullet and jump head first into finding a home for me, he was just the best. Very knowledgeable of the area and where would be best for me to live. He found me a home in 2 days, and we were under contract before I knew it. He talked me though all of the processes and got me the best possible deal. I couldn't have done this with out his knowledge and compassion for helping folks find their home.
