William Raveis Real Estate

Susan did a wonderful job listing our home in Ridgefield, CT. Her attention to detail and customer service is paramount. She priced our home competitively to achieve multiple offers and an accepted offer in a week. I highly recommend Susanto to any buyer/seller!

Susan was instrumental in selling our home. I approached Susan for hire after observing her recent sales and her positive social media influence. Susan is the epitome of the perfect real estate agent. She's classy, smart, approachable, knowledgeable and has a great sense of style. She's also very responsive and organized. Susan won't let anything fall through the cracks when it comes to your real estate transaction. Susan successfully hosted two busy open houses for us which brought in multiple offers right away. Plus, we never had to worry about the safety or security of our home during the open houses. Susan double checks everything and is very respectful when it comes to your home and personal possessions. Susan excels at preparing your home to hit the market with her photography, advertising, MLS description and social media. She definitely "gets the word out." Susan stood by us to the end for a successful real estate closing. Susan enabled us to move forward with our lives, and I feel like I gained a wonderful friend in the process. Thank you, Susan!

Susan is a consummate professional and helped every step of the way in purchasing my new home in a challenging market! She helped guide the process in a way that made it as seamless as possible. She has in-depth knowledge of the market, on both the selling and purchasing side, and approaches things with a positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend working with Susan!

My husband and I could not have chosen a better realtor to sell our family home of 25 years. It was an emotional experience and Susan kept us focused throughout the process. She was thoughtful about everything! Susan was well organized, responsive and knowledgeable.

As first time home buyers, Susan was wonderful to work with. Any question we had with the process was answered easily and knowledgeable by her. She really knew what we wanted and helped find a house that fit all of our needs!
