I was impressed by her local knowledge, having lived in the area twenty three years, shes in touch with whats going on. She took great care of my friend and I was happy to have her next client be me. I dont think she sleeps! Shes always available and on top of all details large and small. Her attention to detail helped enormously and, again, her local input gave me insight into a community I dont know well. She has a very easy going demeanor which can balance out the most nervous of buyers/sellers. She gets the job done! I should mention, this all happened during COVID! I would use her again but I'm not going anywhere for a long time since Susan helped me find my home.

We have never purchased a home before (only an apartment), and Susan was sure to talk us through all the steps that needed to be taken to move the process along.
