Dean made buying our first home far less intimidating and a lot more enjoyable. We learned a ton along the way, too. From day one, he listened to what we wanted in a home. During one showing, he taught us how to assess foundation cracks and how to check that rain gutters drain water away from the foundation. We would never have thought to look for those things on our own. He's a great communicator, and we never felt like a bother, even when we thought our questions were silly. He also worked around our busy schedules for showings, and his guidance made every decision easier to understand. As first-time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better guide!
