Chris and Laura did a fantastic job.Laura with her eye for staging and Chris even pruned the hedges and trees. Remarkable is the best word to describe their effort. Our brochure was high quality and professional. All I can say is thank you for your care and professionalism.

Several friends recommended the Sigg Team to represent us when selling our home, and now, having taken their advice, we are happy to make the same enthusiastic recommendation to others. Laura and Chris are deeply rooted in the New Canaan community, and their knowledge of the local real estate market and complementary skills were crucial in the presentation and sale of our property. During our absence following a cross country move, Chris supervised several interior improvements and small repairs, making many of them himself and always with an attention to detail, while Laura provided connections to needed service providers, used her extensive design expertise to effectively stage our house, and listed the property to feature its strengths without misleading buyers. The result was a weekend of packed open houses, an unprecedented 24 bids in 2 days, and a quick closing. Professionalism, honesty, creativity, and hard work, all hallmarks of the Sigg Team, make it easy for us to recommend them, without hesitation, to future buyers and sellers.

Laura and Chris Sigg were phenomenal to work with selling my home. They went far above and beyond my expectations. They assisted me every step of the way and helped with any issues that came up. I was living in Florida at the time and could not be there most of the time, they handled it all for me. I cannot recommend Laura and Chris more highly.

The Sigg Team is not only our realtors, they are our general contractors and more importantly our new friends! Would not hesitate to recommend the Siggs with 100% confidence!
