ZillowVERIFIEDI recently bought a condo in Stamford, CT and Susan was my broker. She made my first buying experience seamless. She was professional, timely, and incredibly helpful. I have already started to recommend her to others that are looking at homes and I would 100% work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur family had an excellent experience with Susan. She was very patient with us over our long search and was always available to us whenever we needed help and guidance. She is a very good listener and was able to grasp the varied needs of our family. We would recommend to all prospective buyers.
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan was very flexible schedule-wise as my boyfriend and I tried to see a lot of listings jam packed into 2 weekends. She always accommodated my last min requests. She negotiated a substantial credit for me at closing and went above and beyond to help with various tasks as I currently live over an hour away. Susan is very kind and funny as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDI could not have envisioned an easier home buying process than what Susan provided for us. She made our first home buying experience enjoyable and easy. She was extremely responsive and available to talk to us at any time. She constantly sent us house recommendations that actually fit the qualifications we were looking for and she never pressured us into make a decision. She is also the NICEST person! Can't say enough amazing things about her. You want to buy or sell your next home with Susan!
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan is the realtor you want on your side. Susan listened to our wants and needs, she advocated for our family, and went above and beyond to make sure our family got into the home we wanted. I will be recommending her to anyone looking to buy a new home. Thank you Susan!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Susan at an open house and came back a second time to show my husband the home. We were impressed with Susans professionalism and knowledge and so decided to use her as our agent. She was a pleasure to work with, helping us resolve some issues before making an offer, and representing us well so that the offer was accepted. Susan continued to work with us in the period before the closing, promptly answering our calls and addressing any concerns we had. I would heartily recommend Susan as an excellent real estate broker.
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan was such a blessing to have as my realtor during the home buying process. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive, patient, and knowledgeable person to help me with the biggest transaction of my life. Thank you so much for your help! I would recommend you to anyone.
