I cant recommend Kathleen highly enough! She recently helped sell my childhood home, and she did an absolutely outstanding job from beginning to end. Selling a home thats been in the family for so many years is an emotional experience, but Kathleen made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always available to answer our questions. Her communication was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Kathleens expertise, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference. She treated our family with kindness and respect throughout the entire process, and we always felt confident that we were in the best hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything Kathleen did and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Kathleen, for helping our family through such an important milestone with professionalism, compassion, and care.

Kathleen was amazing. She was patient and did not try to push us into a sale that we weren't absolutely sold on. She is also very detailed oriented and knowledgeable as to what yo look for and what to avoid. Bottom line- She is wonderful to work with and the best realtor I have had!!

Kathleen is a rock star agent, I definitely recommend her! In the beginning I was anxious about the sale of our home, which we built and truly loved for years. We interviewed several agents and selected Kathleen due to her professional approach. She knew exactly how to guide us to the best outcome on the sale of our beautiful home. We sold the house quickly above asking! We were so impressed we hired Kathleen again for the sale of my Mothers home.

KATHLEEN NORTON IS ENTHUSIASTIC,TRUSTWORTHY,KIND,GREAT NEGOTIATOR,VERY DETAILED WHEN INFORMING US ON LAWS AND STEPS WE WILLTAKE TO GET THROUGH THE PROCESS IN A POSTIVE WAY.

She is the best realtor in this area. Helped us plan everything we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and cares passionately about her clients.
