She was very patient with us, as we looked at many houses for more than a year, and were very picky about what we were looking for. We found "the house", and then there was a glitch with the Title on the seller's side; which created much more work on Kathleen's part. She is very professional, there at all hours to brainstorm and manage the sale via text or a call, and excelled at trying to keep us positive and calm.
