Rich was very responsive to any questions and all calls and emails I put in to him. He was very patient and clear in explaining the important issues concerning selling my house, and was always respectful of my ideas and feelings.

I can't recommend Rich highly enough!!! We gave Rich an almost impossible "wish list" for our new home in Marshfield. From the beginning, Rich assured us that we would find the home that meet all our needs, we just needed to be patient. Even when we lost hope and wanted to settle, Rich encouraged us to hold out for what we really wanted. As I sit here in my dream home typing this review, all I have to say is that Rich was 100% right!!! Rich was professional, extremely patient, and so much fun to work with!

I think Rich has a very realistic view of the housing market; he chose a price point that would sell but, not 'leave money on the table'. He also has an amazing network of people he knows & works with... and is able to cast a wide net across multiple communities to get the word out about your listing. I would say his communication style is very direct which I like but, also uses excellent discretion in sensitive situations. Lastly, he is very accommodating and flexible, always pitching in and offering to help you get through a tough time selling a home. A true professional!

I highly recommend Richard Murphy as a real estate agent. He listed our home and was doggedly persistent at finding a buyer. He went above and beyond just showing the property. He is everything you could want in a realtor. Good and timely communication, great insight into the market and most importantly persistent in securing a qualified buyer and negotiating the sale. If you have to choose a realtor I personally can't think of anyone I would recommend better (I've worked with others in the past and he stands head and shoulders above the rest)
