Wilcox Realty

Linda was always available. She was kind, polite and professional. She connected me to the right professional to get my loan and informed me that I could use the company van to move.

Linda is amazing. She knows the local market better than anyone. She encouraged us to reach out to a local lender, and that was a game changer. We closed on the house we love in 2.5 weeks!

Linda Kirk is well respected and liked in the town of Roswell. So, we decided to switch realtors. Thankfully she accepted. She is awesome! My husband, kids and I were transitioning back to the East Coast for work and we needed to sell our home. We had a more complicated sell as we were in the government relocation program. She had to complete additional paperwork, and coordinate with the governments POC. Linda went beyond the scope of a realtor by presenting our home/property using a drone for aerial view. She presented our home using other methods as well: Facebook, magazines etc. In addition, she forward our mail multiple times after we moved as the post office took 3 mos to accept our change of address (this is a long story.) Linda also sent us the content of a drawer that the movers left behind . She is patient, honest, hard working and compassionate to our needs!Very satisfied ! Michael and Stephanie

Jen is very easy to work with. She is willing to listen to your needs. We are very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy she has shown us. We thank her for selling our house in a very difficult market and in actually a short span of time.

Linda Kirk is a professional in all aspects in her career. She was very helpful while my wife and I were searching for a home. We believe she went above and beyond in helping us find a home. She is knowledgeable with what is happening within the real estate spectrum. We will highly recommend her to our family and friends when they go searching for a home to purchase. Thank you, Linda, and God Bless.
