Review If you are searching for a Realtor in Roswell, you should reach out to Daisy at Berkshire Hathaway. She helped my wife and I recently closed and acquire our property. Very professional and courteous, she promptly answered all our questions and request for home comparisons data. Throughout the process she was diligent working in the background handling concerns and issues to ensure a smooth transaction. Daisy is very knowledgeable and was always easy to contact, she response quickly. Even after closing of the property, she would be able to answer our questions. Thanks Daisy

Review We recently sold a home with Bill Davis and he showed us several homes. He was knowledgeable about the area. Bill was honest about the properties prices and pros and cons. I never once got the feeling that we were being pressured into anything. He also was very pleasant and patient about showing us homes. He made himself available when we called or texted on weekends and evening hours. I would definitely recommend Bill and work with him again in the future.

Review Bill Davis is a great communicator in person, by telephone, by text message, and by email. He is a true professional; he uses professional photographers for listings, provides listing price guidance based on how quick you must sell, uses digital document signing methods for convenient and time efficient review and endorsement, and he closes the deal like a professional. We were referred to Bill Davis for the sale of our property, and we now refer Bill Davis for the sale of your property.

Review When faced with the uncertainty of relocation, the fact that Brad Davis was our Realtor was the DECIDING FACTOR and catalyst in making EVERY other subsequent domino FALL PERFECTLY INTO PLACE - our high end home (for the area) was on the upper end of the price scale, and we were afraid it might not sell quickly - or that we might have to drop our price significantly in order to make our moving date deadline - or worse, that our house wouldn't sell and our moving deadline would arrive-no one wants to move away from a home they still own ... Or try to buy another one in your new town while still paying on the old one...the only thing to do is get the BEST REALTOR IN TOWN...so we called Brad Davis! We told him our concerns, he priced our home perfectly, showed us how to get everything ready for presentation, and BRAD SOLD OUR HOME IN RECORD TIME AND WE DIDNT GO BELOW OUR BOTTOM LINE!! Our fears were replaced with relief! Brad was a God-send, truly. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any and all real estate needs.
