Wilbanks Real Estate Inc

Dave and Brooke were extremely helpful with our complicated and challenging property purchase. They were always available to answer all my questions and were so flexible with their schedules to make appointment times work. We got so much value from having them on our side! Even after closing, they continue to support us. We couldn't have gotten our dream property without Dave and Brooke! Thanks so much!!

Dave did a great job. He found me a great condo at a great price. I would definitely use him again. A ton of knowledge and service is what you get when you use Dave as a realtor.

Ive worked with David on the purchase and sale of my last two homes. He always exceeds expectations. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If he doesnt know the answer to a question, he will do the research and get the information. I look forward to working with him again on the purchase of my next home.

Dave was super knowledgeable and helped my learn about the home buying process as a 1st time home buyer. He also made sure to look at the important parts of the house including the hot water tank, furnace, and roof. He pointed out issues and was focused on finding me a house that I can turn into a home. He showed me a couple houses that I really liked before finding my current house!

I feel extremely lucky to have found Dave and his team to sell my home. They handled everything, and gave great advice and strategic ideas. Everything was streamlined, smooth, painless, and all expectations were met and exceeded. I couldn't recommend anyone else to family and friends. I fully plan on passing his contact to everyone I can. If in the need, I will be contacting him again for any future needs. Simply the best-Thanks Dave!!
