When I arrived I waved and made eye contact to let him know I was the home buyer and I was met with a cold stare. We got zero information about the house unless we asked direct questions and even then the responses were short. I'm not sure if it was because I was a black female but I felt a lot of tension from him. This distance really left a bad taste in my mouth about the house and I immediately felt discouraged. Hopefully others have a more positive experience. I may use a different site to mitigate this type of encounter again.
