Ryann and April are amazing. They sold our home sold in 24 hours! They answered all of our questions quickly and helped us through a tough situation that was thrown in by a different realtor at the last minute. They were very professional but felt like friends by the end of the selling process. I would highly recommend RBS Homes!

Being a large military family moving halfway across the country, we had to purchase our home sight unseen right before Christmas, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Ryann made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and always quick to communicate. Even from a distance, she made us feel confident every step of the way. Ryann checked in often throughout the process and has continued to check in even after we moved in. She also provided helpful contacts for handymen and other important services that are so valuable when moving to a new town. We have now been in our home for two months and are so grateful for all of her hard work and support. We highly recommend Ryann to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients!

Ryann was fantastic! She helped us sell our home in less than a month! Then when we were ready to buy she helped us get our new house. We had multiple offers, but Ryann helped us get the house! She is kind, caring, quick to respond, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Ryann to anyone wanting to buy or sell!!

We appreciate the work Ryann Shannon did in selling our mother's home. She kept us informed and gave us good insight along the way. The house sold fairly quickly which was a relief. Ryann was professional and understanding and helpful during this process. We are pleased with our decision to hire her as our realtor.

Great experience from start to finish! Ryann was determined, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, answered all our questions quickly, and truly had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
