Her inmate instincts of being a realtor in finding out our likes/dislikes and her attention to our needs to the exact type/style of house we were looking for was amazingly spot on. I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a specific kind of house. Her response time and attention to detail was excellent. They were very professional, very thorough, and very prompt EVERY TIME I had a question or concern. I highly recommend them. The first time I contacted Ryann, through Dave Ramsey's list of real estate professionals, she called me within 15 or 20 minutes. I told her I wasn't ready to buy right away but wanted to have a real estate agent ready to go. She sent me listings in the area of Moore/South Oklahoma City for several months. As soon as I was ready to buy and found a house for sale near my son, I called her and she was able to show the house to me that afternoon. She even helped arrange a gap loan with Berry-Rock to do a lease-to-purchase until my house in Texas sells.
