We had a newly constructed property for sale in a location that was not necessarily the most desirable. While the home itself had the significant advantage of being brand-new construction, we had been trying to sell it for a couple of months without success. Linda was consistently available, answered her phone whenever possible, returned calls promptly, and patiently addressed every question or concern I had. I never felt rushed or that my questions were unimportant. Throughout the transaction, there were challenges that required experience, patience, and good judgment. Linda remained professional, responsive, and focused on protecting our interests and getting the transaction successfully across the finish line. Beyond her professional abilities, she is simply a wonderful person to work with. My wife and I are extremely happy that we chose Linda to represent us, and I cannot thank her enough for the professionalism, dedication, and personal attention she provided throughout the entire process. One thing this experience reinforced for me is that any real estate agent can list a property, but not every agent can produce results.
