White Diamond Realty

Melissa gave me the confidence and the clarity to make the best home-buying decisions from day 1. It's refreshing to know you have someone in your corner to advocate on your behalf. She is a tier 1 resource.

Melissa worked with us to purchase our first home in the 2021 house market, which was no easy task. She was available ANYTIME I reached out to her! I would send her Zillow listings at 9p at night and even though we both knew it was probably under contract she looked anyways. That is ultimately how we were able to get our home that checked all the boxes. She has a vast amount of connections and was able to make great recommendations. She wasnt pushy and let us decide what would make us happy. If she didnt know the answer, she found it out for us! Even 2 months after the home was sold, I still reach out to her for various questions and she always responds immediately. I feel I not only purchased the perfect house for my family but also gained a life long friend. I highly recommend Melissa for any of your real estate needs.

My husband and I just sold our townhome in Morgantown, WV. We found Melissa to be the utmost professional. She promptly answered all our questions and provided expert advice. Melissas aggressive marketing skills resulted in a very quick sale of our home. We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Melissa and Erica worked with me as a first time homebuyer. Melissa's advice and guidance were invaluable through the whole process! She helped me understand documentation, estimate maintenance requirements, and negotiate a successful closing. It was a great experience and I would definitely work with them again! Thank you!

Melissa did a great job in helping us find and purchase our new home. She made herself available on short notices and was very responsive every time we had a question...no matter what time it was. She was knowledgeable about the buying process and helped us navigate over the hurdles as they arose. I would highly recommend her.
