I would send her Zillow listings at 9p at night and even though we both knew it was probably under contract she looked anyways. There were several complications that arose making the sale take over one year to complete. Melissa kept us on track and updated all along the way. She shared knowledge with all parties concerned. She was able to maintain the interest of the buyers throughout that year. She accommodated the trustees who were unable to access documents thru the internet. She even offered some assistance to the renter who occupied the property when a contract to buy was offered.
