Sarah and Tony not only helped us buy a home, they also helped us sell our condo. We were casually looking for a house and connected with Sarah. She quickly went to work and sent me listings of home that matched our criteria. It wasnt long before we found our home. Sarah gave us so much good advice in negotiating a reasonable price. We were outbid by another couple, but still got the house because of Sarahs advice: write the owners a letter. We couldnt believe it!! What an amazing feeling to get the house we wanted without the hassle. Sarah made everything so easy and she NEVER pushed us to do anything. A few months later, Tony helped us sell our condo. Like Sarah, Tony made the experience drama-free for us. The great thing about Tony is that he was always honest and upfront -- no BS. We continue to reap the rewards of our partnership with Tony and Sarah. Whenever a friend is looking to buy or sell a home, I always pass on Sarah or Tonys card.

We worked with Sarah Ruffner of TLK and she was AMAZING! I could not recommend her and her team highly enough. We literally could not have found the house we did without them. She was super knowledgable, but also accessible, down to earth, and willing to take the time to explain anything we had questions about. She gave us great advice, was honest about pros and cons of different houses, but also left things open for us to make our own decisions. We never felt pressured by her in anyway. She knew what she was doing, but she wasnt so overbooked with clients that she couldnt make time for us (even though as first time homebuyers with a comparatively low budget she probably wasnt make as much money on us as on other clients). She was friendly, professional, and just all around great. We are so thankful for her and her team and all that that did during our home buying process.
