Brent was one of the best agents weve ever worked with. He showed us countless of homes for 7 months before finding our own. He was patient and understood very quickly what we wanted in a home. We trusted Brent so much that at times, we just had him check the homes for us and he would then come back & tell us whether it is something we might want to look at. He was honest and had our best interests at heart. The negotiation process went very smoothly and Brent made a lot of recommendations we wouldnt have even thought about. Aside from that, he also had a lot of home structure/building expertise and that allowed us to weed out a lot of homes that could have potentially become money pits. We are now in our new home and couldnt be happier. Im glad we waited and Im even more glad we had Brent help us through the process.

Brent found us the house of our dreams. Wait, scratch that: we didnt even know we could dream for a house as amazing as the house that Brent helped us find. But lets start at the beginning...We found Brent through a web search for Seattle real estate professionals when we were researching our move to Seattle. His website was great (always a good sign) so we gave him a call and told him what we were looking for. Brent emailed us listings that matched our criteria and we made an appointment to meet him in person and look at a couple of the homes. At the first home, we quickly realized just how competitive the Seattle real estate market was -- and how quickly wed need to act to get the house we wanted -- when, as Brent was showing us the home, other couples were lining up for their viewings. Thankfully, Brent is lightning fast at emailing new listings and (heres where the 20+ years of real estate experience probably comes in) has a great gut sense of when an offer needs to be made and what the details of the offer need to be to give buyers a fighting chance in a competitive market. That first house wasnt the one. The second, third, fourth house werent the ones either. Brent was patient as he showed us home after home, and in that process, really got us and what we wanted. Thats how -- when the house that is now our dream house, the one were living in today, came on the market -- he knew it was the one and told us we needed to see it ASAP. He was right, we made our offer, it was accepted, and the rest is history. All that plus Brents just a cool guy, a good human being. Wed recommend him to anyone.
