West USA Realty

Awesome! They are the best. They have great local knowledge due to their vast experience. Give great advice on staging, showing and priced the home right on the money.

We have worked with Jennifer on the purchase of two houses. First was on our own house. After a bad experience with a different realtor, we found Jennifer and she was everything we could've hoped for. She was very responsive and worked well with us to help find a great home in a great neighborhood. The whole process was very smooth. Recently a relative was making a move to Arizona and we went back to Jennifer to help with that home purchase as well. Just like before, she helped our relative find a great home in a great location and made the whole process smooth and easy. Jennifer is friendly, down to earth and knows the real estate world very well. Her depth of knowledge was very evident throughout both home buying experiences and our continued work with her as we shop for another relative.

Reasons I would recommend Jennifer and Theresa, a million times over: *They are realistic/honest with you, from start to finish. *Love that you get two opinions in one, which really helps you price correctly. *They have the resources to make your home look simply perfect, from staging advice/help to incredible photography. *They work so hard to get your listing out there, for all to see. *They care and just go above & beyond, in every way.

We purchased a home in a short sell situation and Jennifer and Theresa kept us well informed during the entire complex drawn out process. They explained and walked us through each step, and also helped with the negotiations of several liens to expedite disposing of them.
